How I got the idea / found the employment:

I was looking for a job, that wasn’t a desk job, which pays well and taught me new skills. So I called up some of my neighbors and asked them if they had any openings at work. Challenges I faced, and how I overcame them:

Well when I first got the job I didn’t realize the physical toll it would take. I am lifting 500 pound motors, and 400 pound shafts, and other heavy stuff. To get over that I started exercising to get stronger. Also I didn’t really know the lingo of the technicians, to fix this I started observing more, and looking online to increase my comprehension.

What I learned:

I have learned from this job is how to keep going, and not quit. There are times that I have gone home dead tired and knowing that I have to get up at seven the next day. I have learned that I can do anything if I want to. I was wondering if I could actually learn everything I needed too, to be successful. I proved to myself that I can.
